Last Wednesday, we had the opportunity to share insights with Purina's staff about the connection between owning pets and improved mental health. We invited two experienced fosters, Jason and Shirelle, to share their inspiring stories of fostering and adoption. Jason brought along two charming dogs, and Shirelle brought the sweetest cats. All four of these adorable animals are still looking for their forever homes or a loving foster.
Further to highlighting the mental health benefits that come with owning pets, our members also discussed the importance of TNR and responsible pet ownership.

In a quiet apartment complex, a lady reached out to us seeking help for a few stray cats causing concern amongst the tenants. She had previously gotten the cats spayed hoping this would ease the tenants concerns, however this wasn't enough and they still wanted the cats removed.
Fortunately, a kind-hearted man stepped forward after our intervention, offering a loving home for these cats. We were able to trap the cats and successfully relocated them and we can confirm that they are adjusting well to their new home.
